The survey will run from 8th July to 31st August 2013, findings from this survey will be used to create the Community Led Plan, identifying the priorities for the local community. An action plan, setting out how and when these are to be addresses, will be presented at public meetings.

Remember when towns were full of interesting small shops, family-run with personal service? Well, Grange is still like that from day to day needs to clothing, gifts, toys and the best in fine foods. You can find most things in Grange - and enjoy the friendliness of staff and fellow customers.

Being a small town Grange has a welcoming and friendly community and social network. On this site you find news and information with contact details for local organisations and events.
In the Cumbria in Bloom awards 2011, Grange won a gold award in the 'Best Small Town' category, and holds the South Lakeland Trophy for 'Best in Borough'. Grange was the overall winner in the 'Best Town and Urban Community' category, for which we were awarded the Rickerby Ltd trophy and a gold award. Grange was also awarded a silver medal in the 2011 Britain in Bloom awards.
