Grange’s Edwardian Festival is now in its 15th year – a glorious day in June (fingers crossed for fine weather!) for all the family.
Held in the beautiful setting of Park Road Gardens from 10 - 4pm this year’s date is the 14th June.
Over 40 stalls cover the lawns and day long entertainment is held on the Bandstand and around the park. The very popular Edwardian Dress Competition for ladies, gents, couples and children rounds off the day.
Stall holders wear Edwardian costume and stalls include cakes, hot dogs and refreshments, pancakes, plants, books, games, toys, jewellery, clothes, bric a brac, arts and crafts, tombola and many more.
Entertainment offers two jazz bands, clog and Morris dancing, Punch & Judy, Strolling Players, a Flea Circus, hand organ, and new this year a Circus Workshop.
Admission is £1.50 for adults with accompanied children free and FREE parking is available on the nearby Berners Close car park
And NEW for the evening this year - Mixed ballroom & sequence dancing at the Victoria Hall, to the music of Michael Conradd at the organ.
Admission: £3.50 at the door. Bring your own refreshments (& glass!)
Dancing starts at 7.30pm. Edwardian dress would be nice!!!
