The documents and plans produced by our Consultants and the 3Ps Group members were handed over to South Lakeland District Council at the Cabinet Meeting held in the Victoria Hall on Wednesday 12th November which had met to select the preferred developer for the Regeneration Scheme.
It is two and a half years since it was decided to prepare the bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund and it is now possible for SLDC to complete the Stage One Application and work in conjunction with ‘Berners Vision Partnership’ and progress to the Stage Two application and then, hopefully, a grant.
