Following the submission of the Round 1 application to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) there has been a lull in activity pending a decision by the end of June, which hopefully, will allow us to work towards the final detailed designs and specifications of the scheme.
In the meantime the Annual General Meeting of the 3Ps Group will be held on the 11 June at 2pm in the Victoria Hall to which interested members of the public are welcome.
Following the AGM it is proposed to hold a discussion and workshop to collect ideas fro the Audience Development Plan which the Group will need to produce for the next round of the application. There will be a requirement for the Group to prove how an investment by the HLF in the project will increase the interest and widen and improve access for a larger number of residents and visitors to the Promenade, Ornamental and Park Road Gardens.Please come and support us and bring your ideas.
