Many documents are help in universal PDF format, for which a suitable reader such as 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' will be required. These are available to download on the internet here [1]

To open a document - Right click your mouse on a document and 'open in new window'
To save a document - Right click your mouse on a document and 'save as' to your 'desk-top' or 'my documents'.
